Problem: It seems to be issue with Mozilla Firefox profile.
First clear Browsers History and restart the browser. If still problem continues follow the steps below.
Before we do anything backup Bookmarks first.
1. Click on Bookmarks – then click on Show All Bookmarks then select ‘Import and Backup’.
2. Click on Export Bookmarks to HTML (Save it on any desired Location).
Creating new Mozilla profile safely
1. Rename the Mozilla profile folders created in following path
C:\Users\'UserProfile' (Currently logged in user name)\AppData\Local\Mozilla to Mozilla_old C:\Users\'UserProfile' (Currently logged in user name)\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla to Mozilla_old
2. Then open the Mozilla Firefox browser (this time it creates and new profile on the above locations), check whether issue reported is resolved.
3. If issue is resolved then we can delete the Mozilla_Old folders from both the locations.
4. Reinstalling can be last option in case problems still persist.
